Speedy Transport spans an impressive 68,000 sqft, featuring a cross dock setup with 80 dock doors and a sleek 6,000 sq.ft. office space. This unique project showcases two distinct structures — a conventional office design and a pre-engineered warehouse structure. Overcoming challenging soil conditions, Broccolini is expertly overseeing the construction process. The site also boasts a pristine wetland, occupying 10% of the land, which we diligently protect. With a fast-paced schedule, this project is being successfully executed in collaboration with our external partners.
